Shipping Your Online Order

Delivery and processing fees are charged for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekday business days (not on holidays or weekends). Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Delivery and processing charges are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order and subject to the following: Standard delivery (48 contiguous states) Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by noon Pacific Standard Time. Contact us for expedited shipping options to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and Guam Deliveries - Add $10.00 to the applicable delivery and processing charges. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping. if ordered by noon Pacific Standard Time. International Deliveries - Contact us for international shipments. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Additional Address - Please add $10.00 to the applicable delivery and processing charges for each additional delivery address. If requested, any item may be held for a future specified delivery date. Signature Required - Please note that a signature will be required for delivery of all deliveries.

Returns 

Halsea accepts returns on all products within 30 days of original purchase. A replacement item will be shipped or store credit will be issued according to our return policy guidelines. Please call customer service at 888-899-4717 to process returns and exchanges.


-Exchange or store credit within 30 days.
-Items must be unwashed and unused, in the condition you received them in.
-All items must have tags attached to be returnable

Items that can't be returned to HALSEA.COM

Please be advised that items cannot be returned after 30 days from original purchase date. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please contact customer service at 888-899-4717 or email info@halsea.com.
 

Defective Items

In the rare instance that your order arrives defective, please take a picture of the defect and send it to info@halsea.com along with your order number and first and last name. Please explain in the email what the defect is and we will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation.

Wrong Items

If you received the wrong item, please take a picture of the product and the tags and send it to info@halsea.com along with your order number and first and last name. We will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation.

Refunds

We currently do not process refunds from purchases made on halsea.com. Please refer to the Defective Item, Wrong Item, and Exchanges sections for more information regarding returns.

Exchanges

We are able to exchange items of the same price. In order to process an exchange, please call our customer service team at 888-899-4717. If you are looking to exchange your product for product of a different price, you will need to process a return and place an order for the new product online.
