Shipping Your Online Order
Delivery and processing fees are charged for order processing, item selection, packaging,
transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional
charges, but are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekday
business days (not on holidays or weekends). Orders received over the weekend will be
processed the following business day. Delivery and processing charges are subject to change
and will be determined at the time of order and subject to the following:
• Standard delivery (48 contiguous states) - Unless an expedited service is requested, your
order should arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by noon Pacific
Standard Time. Contact us for expedited shipping options
• AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and Guam Deliveries - Add $10.00 to the applicable delivery and
processing charges. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping if
ordered by noon Pacific Standard Time.
• International Deliveries - Contact us for international shipments. Delivery transit days
to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be
the responsibility of the recipient.
• Additional Address - Please add $10.00 to the applicable delivery and processing charges
for each additional delivery address.
• If requested, any item may be held for a future specified delivery date.
• Signature Required - Please note that a signature will be required for delivery of all deliveries.

Availability and Prices
Certain items are available in limited quantities or subject to production delays. We will do
everything possible to secure these items and to fill your order as quickly as possible.
In the event that an item is unavailable, a Halsea Customer Service representative will
contact you.
Payment
Online Orders: Halsea accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover as well as
debits directly from your checking account via PayPal. PayPal offers a free, secure service
and requires minimal setup for you to use. See more information at www.paypal.com. If you are
not a member, you will be prompted to join for free upon checkout.
Phone or Email Orders: Halsea also directly accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express for

Sales Tax
Halsea is required by law to charge California state residents 7.75% sales tax on all
products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the state of
California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.
Returns
Halsea cannot accept returns of any merchandise. All sales are final.
Caring for your Halsea Purchase
We hope you'll love your new Halsea travel bags, and all the compliments you'll be receiving.
All materials used in the design of Halsea bags are carefully selected for their color,
durability, and beauty. Do not machine wash bags, or use bleach.
• Always store your bags away from light and heat.
• Laminated canvas and coated lining is easily wiped clean with damp cloth. Water and/or
gentle cleanser can be used on the laminated surface of the bag.
• For leather trim, wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. For more
thorough cleaning or stubborn spot removal on the leather trim, we recommend taking your
bags to a professional handbag repair specialist.
• Surface spots on the cotton canvas tote and cotton webbing can be cleaned with a cloth
dipped in water and a gentle cleanser. If spot is not easily removed, consult a dry
cleaning specialist.
• Inside satin lining can be wiped with damp cloth. Do not attempt to submerge lining.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is not shared with any other party. We only request the information
we need to process your order, and keep you updates with Halsea news.
Cancelled Orders
We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item with an incorrect price
due to a typographical error or for an item ordered which is out-of-stock or no longer
available. Halsea shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Halsea shall immediately issue a
credit to your PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
